2025-2학기 16주(학기/방학 미포함) 및 24주(반기/방학 포함) 제1학생생활관에 입사할 외국인 유학생을 아래와 같이 모집하오니 희망자께서는 기한 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청대상

- 2025년 2학기 신입생, 편입생(1, 2, 3차 모집 등록자)

- 재학생, 대학원생, 대학원생(신입)

2. 입사자격 제한

가. 전염병질환 감염자 및 생활관 운영규정, 생활수칙 미준수자, 생활관 입사조건 미동의자

나. 최근 6개월 내의 결핵 검사 결과서 미제출자

다. 메디컬 캠퍼스 소속 학생

라. 생활관에서 징계 퇴사 이력 및 직전 두 학기 벌점 합계 10점 이상인 자

마. 가천대학교 학칙에 의해 정학 이상의 징계 처분을 받거나 자퇴, 휴학 중인 자

바. 기타 생활관장 및 사감이 부적당하다고 인정되는 자

4. 입사 신청 시 주의 사항

- 입사 신청 기간 마감 후 신청 내용 절대 변경 불가, 입사 신청 미확인으로 인한 전산 입력 과오는 본인 책임

해외 송금 시, 송금 후 2~3일 내 입금 확인 요망!

가. 제1학생생활관만 신청 가능

나. 입사 신청 시 개인정보 확실하게 입력 바람(인적 사항, 거주 기간, 인실 등)

다. 입사 신청 후 거주 기간(16주(방학미포함) or 24주(방학포함)) 정확히 입력되었는지 반드시 재확인 할 것(입사신청기간에만 수정 가능)

가. 입사취소 : 정기입사 전 타 대학 등록이나 기타 개인사유로 생활관 입사취소 하는 경우

 -정기 입사일 전:공제 없음(입금일부터~ 2025. 08. 30(토)까지)

 -환불기준표 적용하여 환불됨

나. 중도퇴사 : 특별사유, 개인사유, 징계퇴사로 인한 생활관 중도퇴사의 경우

 -정기 입사일로부터:환불기준표 적용하여 환불됨(입사주~퇴사주까지)

  ※중도퇴사 사유는 아래와 같은 경우 가능합니다.

   ①군입대, 휴학, 자퇴 및 퇴학

   ②교환학생, 장기현장연수(1학기 이상 교류에 한해 인정)

   ③취업(인턴 포함), 졸업

   ④거주지 이전(부모님 및 세대원 전체의 거주지 이전에 한함. 통학 및 자취는 허용하지 않음)

   ⑤개인신병(2주 이상의 입원에 한함), 직계가족 병간호(병원진단서-의사소견 첨부)

  ※모든 중도퇴사는 사유에 부합하는 증빙서류 제출 필수!

We are recruiting additional foreign students who will enter the dormitory for 16 weeks(Summer vacation not included) or 24 weeks(Including summer vacation) in the 2025-2 semester as follows, so please apply within the deadline.

1. Qualification of Application :

- Freshman and transferred students in the second semester of 2025 (1st, 2nd, and 3rd recruitment registrants)

- Current students, graduate students, and graduate students (new students)  

2. Restrictions on qualifications for application

A. Infectious disease patients and people who are not compliant with the rules of operation and living rules of the dormitory, people who are not agree on the conditions of joining the dormitory.

B. Those who have not submitted tuberculosis test results within the last six months

C. A person on the Medical Campus

D. Those with a history of disciplinary resignation in the living room and a total of 10 or more penalty points in the previous 2 semester

E. A person who has been suspended from school or suspended from school or has been suspended by the Gachon University School Regulations.

F. Other people recognized as unfit to live in and out of the living room.

4. Points to note when applying for a dormitory

- You can never change the contents of the application after the closing of the application period, and you are responsible for the computerized input error due to the non-confirmation of the application

- When transferring money overseas, please check the deposit within 2-3 days after transferring money!

A. International students can only apply for dormitory 1(제1학생생활관)

B. When applying for a dormitory, please enter your personal information clearly (personal matters, period of residence, a room for 1or2or3 people(1인실, 2인실, 3인실), etc)

C. After applying for a dormitory, make sure to reconfirm whether the period of residence (16 weeks(Summer vacation not included) or 24 weeks(Including summer vacation)) has been accurately entered (modified only during the application period)

7. Cancellation of joining the dormitory / quitting in the middle

A. Cancellation of Joining: If you register at another university or cancel your dormitory for other personal reasons before joining the dormitory
- Before the regular joining date: No deduction(From the date of deposit to Saturday, August 30, 2025)

- Refunded by applying refund standard table

B. Intermediate quitting: In the case of a retirement from a dormitory due to special reasons, personal reasons, or disciplinary resignation
- From the date of regular joining: Refunded by applying the refund standard table (from the week of joining dorm to the week of quitting dorm)
※The reason for leaving the dorm is possible in the following cases.
①Enlistment, leave of absence, dropout, and expulsion from the military
②Exchange students, long-term field training (only recognized for exchanges over 1 semester)
③Employment (including interns), graduation
④Relocation of residence (limited to the relocation of residence for parents and entire household members).Commuting and living alone are not allowed)
⑤Personal recruitment (hospitalization for more than 2 weeks) and direct family care (hospital medical certificate - doctor's opinion attached)
All Intermediate quitting are required to submit evidence that meets the reason!
